The purpose of the Pass (In The Team) :-
To ensure better management. Members will know it's time to be serious when the pass is worn. In GR, most of us are friends and would act like friends. So when the pass is on, things got serious 
. It's just to show that we must be serious when we put on the pass. No stupid jokes.
The purpose of the Pass (To Public) :-
As all of you know that we GR, we only have 1 shirt per-member. Sometimes, their shirt are unavailable. So, to represent without a shirt is by using the pass.
